Print summarySuper rare mk1 Citroen AX, 1 of just 3 known Chicago models left in existence. Bought new by a lady in 1991 who did less than 24k miles before putting it away into dry storage in 2003. That’s were it sat for 20 years. It has since been recommissioned with a full service including cambelt and waterpump, all new filters and fluids and of course 4 new matching tyres. Drives really nicely, everything works including the original radio cassette player. The car is in very nice condition throughout but it is original. It has not had any paintwork and as such there are a few age related imperfections but nothing that detracts from what a lovely useable classic Citroen this is. It comes with its sunroof bag and has no rust or rot to the usual AX places, behind the headlights or in the boot. We have all the old mot certificates up to 2003 to back up the mileage, handbook pack, owners manual, old tax discs and the v5 showing 0 former keepers.
